Happy New Year to All!  As you start making those phone calls today remember to keep a smile on your face.   It really does carry through the phone and the person on the other end will hear your smile!  I just got off the phone with a person that commented on my smile.  She was a cold call but I've set the appointment for Monday at 9am.  I'm convinced it was the smile.  Sometimes we forget to do the simple things.  Those simple things may be just the little boost you need. 

So my first cold call of the New Year was a success!  I'm still smiling!
