If you were to compare the amount of time you dedicate to golf compared to your real estate business there is obviously no comparison right?  For starters then throw, leave, do whatever you to do to every expectation you have in your car, better yet the trunk before you head to the practice tee. Please notice, I didn't say 1st tee. That is by far the most common mistake we make and that is preparing your golfing mind for the course. Yes! You do have one, some are just more developed than others. I'll get more into that in a bit.

As most are aware nearly 1/3 of our market or more is bank owned or short sale property. As it continues to rise in listings certain types of listings are very, very difficult for the banks to sell. They are those that have major components missing from the property, like the furnace, or on the most recent one I worked on the kitchen was simply not there, well the space was but you get the picture:) . The appraisals wreck these deals.
There are few timely finance options that will expedite this process for the bank. Exactly three common ones.   But … (3 comments)
