kevin wood: Grand Rapids Real Estate: Area Lender Provides Much Needed Tool to Local Realtors - 01/06/10 11:15 AM
Grand Rapids Real Estate: Area Lender Provides Much Needed Tool to Local Realtors If there's one thing I've learned it's that good relationships in business, athletics, and life are much like trees. Out here in Tucson, AZ we have an abundance of Mesquite Trees because they can survive on little water and have a huge canopy which provides ample shade. This alone makes them pretty attractive to homeowners. And here in the desert that's saying something when the thermometer can reach 110 degrees and clouds are nowhere to be found. The one problem with these trees though is their roots grow on or near the surface of the ground. In fact they

kevin wood: Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson, Arizona: Home of the acrobatic A-10 - 03/10/09 11:48 PM
Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson, AZ: Home of the acrobatic A-10 We've lived in Southeast Tucson in the Rita Ranch area for nearly four years and have come to enjoy the regular training of the ultra quiet and versatile A-10. Also known as the "Warthog" it's one of several different aircraft that frequent the skies near our home and the easiest to recognize. The A-10 possess two distinct features that you can see from the ground. First, are the two cylinder shaped engines located behind the wings. Secondly, is the tail wing. It has two vertical wings, whereas the vast majority of aircraft have

kevin wood: The Daily Reminder - 03/06/09 12:30 PM
Each day in Tucson, AZ I have the privlidge and honor of driving by the Davis Monthan Air Force Boneyard. It's 75 acres of retired U.S Military aircraft that sits on the hard desert floor on the Southeast side of Tucson. I think about the men and women of our armed forces who maintain, fly, and fight for our freedom in the same type of jets and aircraft that just sit idle along side of one of Tucsons' busiest streets. You frequently see visitors photgraphing this incredible spectacle because of the effect it has on them. As I drive into

kevin wood: Former tour caddy shares a few easy stroke saving tips to improve your enjoyment on the course. - 02/24/08 12:41 AM
If you were to compare the amount of time you dedicate to golf compared to your real estate business there is obviously no comparison right? For starters then throw, leave, do whatever you to do to every expectation you have in your car, better yet the trunk before you head to the practice tee. Please notice, I didn't say 1st tee. That is by far the most common mistake we make and that is preparing your golfing mind for the course. Yes! You do have one, some are just more developed than others. I'll get more into that in a bit. Let's
