Buyers when you are out looking at homes, it is very important that you have an agent representing you!  Set your self up with a Buyers Agent, their job is to take care of you! Realtors have many resources to assist you, we can provide information about each property your interested in.  Guidance during the evaluation of the home, assist in negotiating the sale price and in the closing process.

Sellers often ask if they should renovate or remodel before putting their home on the market.  I feel that a seller should list the home as it is but  list at a lower price.  My reason for this is because your style/ choices may not be what a buyer is looking for and u might not get the invested amount back.  I often suggest to buyers what they could do to make changes that will accomodate their needs to make the home what they are looking for.
