The numbers are in for 2008 Annual Residential Sales on Oahu. So the overall numbers are down from 2007. Well, to me that just means people that had unreasonable expectations about what they can get for their homes $$ wise did not sell. I'll be posting the February Sales data soon … (0 comments)
