I just heard that the state of Michigan just recently put a ban on baiting deer throughout the state. This ban is in effect not only for hunters, but those who even recreationally feed the deer because of T.B. and to stop a cronic disease of the stomach that they have been getting (unfortunately I don't remember the name of that disease).
