I wanted to first say thank you to all of our employees, families, friends and clients regarding the June floods. The overwhelming love and support in this difficult time is appreciated by all of us. All campaigns have been suspended and our office has been closed. One month later there is still no electricity, on going cleanup and the smell will take weeks if not months to get rid of. We have had to vacate the premises and are temporarily relocating in Cedar Rapids, albeit on higher ground. We are shooting at the end of this month to resume calling on campaigns once we have our dialer, CRM and employees back in action.. 

All campaigns will start based on where we left off. We are sorry for any inconvenience they may have created for our clients and vendors but we look forward to make lemonade out of lemons. When you see the website back up we will be resuming shortly there after. The final stats are in for the 1st. Qtr of 2008.

Congratualtions to Team Rathje for being the number 1 in the 1st Qtr. The final stats were as follows;

1. 218 Hot Calls Transferred.

2. 18,230 total calls made

3. 17 return clients

4. 3 annual leases

5. Total Revenue Generated: $277,580

All of you that have current campaigns with Josh will qualify for the bonus hours in May. Thanks for the performance, Josh!

*I would like to introduce myself by saying I am a proud father, husband and Christian. I am not the lead singer of a rock band. In reality I could be that guy's dad. I am not the heir to the grocery store chain either. I am the Sr. Sales Mgr. for Ashton Danbury, Inc.  To those who have not heard of our company, Ashton Danbury,  we are marketing  consultants in the information and telemarketing industry. We set up call centers, provide data and marketing services for the insurance, financial and mortgage industry.

Welcome, those of you from my other blogs. I would like to start by sending a special thanks out to out IT team for all the great work on the website. We get a lot of comments on the new look. I would also like to let everyone know the online chat will be up and running within 30 days. It is being integrated into the CRM. I know what you guys are thinking but you will like it a lot better. We are up to 7,000 hits a month on our website alone.

We also are upgrading the dialer as we speak. We have 360 current campaigns running. This means we are transferring close to 1,000 calls a month. The Voip upgrade will have better clarity and caller ID capability on the transfer. This way if you are in your car and we transfer a hot one and you can't take the call, caller ID will show the prospect's number.....Cool

The Email Harvester is also now in beta testing. If you are a current client using this on your campaigns please tell your supervisor what you think about it. We have received some great feedback. The piece designed by Rickard Pamenius and his team in Stockholm is sharp, simple and responsive. I don't understand it all by I do know it is only being tested on a few camapigns and more than likely will be an a la carte item on the other campaigns.

For those of you who are interested in the campaign hours bonus based on sup performance contest*..... it is too close to call..... McDowell and Rathje both had strong months in March. Team Marlow also transferred 31 calls on Friday with a double lines contest. If you are eleigible you will be notified of the free hours....Personally, I think Sanchez has been sitting on an Alabama reverse mortgage campaign for this exact moment....Good luck guys...Have a great weekend....
