There is a new television show that is all about what happens when there is no more electrical power.  And I watched the last episode with Hurricane Sandy lurking a couple of hundred miles away, in all likelihood ready to turn our power off.  But that's only one issue.
I just called Cindy Jones.  She lives in a community that I'm considering moving to, and it's right on the Occoquan River.  So, is she nervous?  She didn't sound like it.  Will her basement get wet?  Probably not.
