I recently met a couple who had written 13 offers on various homes in Northern Virginia - with no luck at all.  And they sounded really, really motivated.  Right now, they are living with the in laws.  Not great.

This week, I was lucky enough to have a listing that had a sort of universal appeal.  It was located in a great neighborhood with first rate schools, it was in good condition with a new kitchen and baths, was nicely staged - and of course it was well-priced.  I did my homework!
Over the weekend, about 100 people came through the Open Houses that I did on Saturday and Sunday.  The seller and I decided to look at offers on Tuesday afternoon, and I put that information into my MRIS listing.
