Woodley Park is a Washington favorite. It's got Metro, the National Zoo, lots of restaurants, Rock Creek Park and Klingle Valley, and some beautiful homes.
Most of the homes are attached, and two or three stories high. And most were built during the early part of the last century.
If you want to live there, you'd better find a buyer broker who is familiar with the neighborhood, because most of the listings come and go quickly. And there are not all that many sales.
