    If you die without a will, or interstate as it is known legally, your wealth will be distributed by the courts according to a state determined formula. Anyone who intends to continue your busuiness would need express permission from the courts.

  • Who Will Manage Your Estate?
    If you make a will, the person you name will manage your estate. If not the court will appoint someone it deems suitable.

    A carefully drafted will can often decrease inheritance tax considerably.
