Oyster Bay is a gated subdivision just south of the Moorings and just to the north of Ocean Oaks West on the west side of A1A. There are just 33 homesites in this community and the homeowners are able to take advantage of deed beach access.
Currently, 2 homes are on the market in Oyster Bay. One is for $475,000 the other $2,295,000 for a riverfront home. There have been no sales in this community since 2005 as homes are not often available in this community.
