Who out there felt we the market is picking up? I for one did but not to where we would like it to be yet though. I believed and know that we will have another flood of foreclosures not from sub-prime but the good folks with regular fix rate. Many of my listings are short sale and are not from the fact that they are sub-prime but because they have lost their jobs or on the verge of losing their job and can't pay for the hight mortgage any more.

Back to my topic..yes, the market is coming up slowly and folks are still desperate and would do pretty much what it takes to eliminate the competition. I'm not going to discuss this in detailed but it happened time and again for example, a new listing might come up that has a good price but then when you bring your buyers their, you can't get in or there' s no keys. So by the time you contacted the listing office and or get access, there's already an accepted offer. I don't know what happened in between but felt it's not necessary to go this far.

Eventhough I haven't been doing this for ever and all but done this long enough to see that this is becoming  a trend now and it's frustrating to us as Realtors and definitely not fair to the buyers out there. The same goes with companies that will not return calls for showing requests. And this is unethical and is not for the best interests of the seller either. For those that are doing this, please stop because it doesn't feel good when you are on the receiving end. And for those of you that are doing things the honest and ethical way...keep up the good work and remember that this is a career not a job.

Treat others the way you would want to be treated...

What I have seen more and more is that folks out there are not being honest. This includes our fellow agents along with buyers. What I have seen from agents is that they will try to get my buyers even after I already shown a home to them and trying…

Hue T Vang (Eagle Real Estate Group, LLC)
Earlier this year, I got a letter from the local IRS that I am being audited and as with everything having to do with our government, I was outraged and asking myself the 5-Ws. This turns out to be when I started in the business and doing my tax…
foreclosures and ease of access!
Hue T Vang (Eagle Real Estate Group, LLC)
There are too much foreclosures out there now and most of them are just sitting there. There are a lot of reasons as to why but I am not going to get into that but what I do want to get into is the ease of accessing those properties. I worked with…
non-English speaking buyers
Hue T Vang (Eagle Real Estate Group, LLC)
I am sure we all have ran into buyers that simply call the numbers on the sign and hoping to speak to someone with their native language. I would like to learn as much languages as I can but I can speak two languages fluently and understand three…
Asian buyers

I have my share of experiences working with many different ethnic groups. I think Asian buyers are a bit different when it comes to buying real estate. My thing is that they all want the perfect home for the least amount of money. I mean everyone…
