The Cheshire Community Chorus will be presenting their "Sights and Sounds of the Season" concert on
Sunday December 13 at 3 pm. This will take place at Dodd Middle School at 100 Park Place, Cheshire Ct. It is always very entertaining, and great family fun. They will be performing a large selection of songs that will entertain all age groups!

I am optimistic for Successful 2008 Real Estate Market in Cheshire, CT. As of today January 12th there are only 112 active single family homes listed on our MLS for Cheshire. There are also 13 that have deposits. Since inventory is down it is a great time to list. It is still very important to practice intelligent pricing since the average days on market of the other 112 listings is almost 3 months.
