In reviewing the foreclosure statistics for San Bernardino County we found that even though the foreclosure activity appeared to be near it's peak it looks like a second wave of foreclosures are about to come over us. The summer sales numbers which increased greatly from earlier months of the year are now dropping at a high rate thus we will start building inventory which will increase the speed at which prices fall and drive more foreclosures.

I am still unable to get MLS statistics for the Inland Valley Board of Realtors they have not updated their data since December 2007. I sent an e-mail to their administration hoping to get them to update this data. As soon as this data is available I will analyze and report on it.

By the look of the foreclosuer analysis San Bernardino County is far from curing their foreclosure trend. If you follow the NOD's you will see that there are many more foreclosures coming our way. Remember a NOD is files 90 days prior to a NOS. Sit back and hold on!
