Selling a home can be an emotional experience. I know because I went through the experience myself. As I was about to list the house on the MLS I had a vast array of emotions going through my head. I thought of all the effort put into building the house, the money I had invested and of course the memories. We invest not only money but time into our homes. Adding the little touches inside which express our individual tastes and preferences. Caring for the lawn and yard.
