In most cases, when Mama used to say, "Use your words," she meant, "Don't swear." In this case, however, I am pointing out the importance of real estate agents to use correct spelling and grammar in every day life... blog posts, Facebook posts, emails, face-to-face conversations, etc.
Our team recently listed a property with a number of details throughout the home that would be attractive to buyers (you know, one of those listings where every bell and whistle has been accounted for, and there are just too many details to list in that small space in the MLS!). Social networking is all the rage these days, and in my opinion, it will never end. It will only get better. The more quality time you put into your social networking, the more you will get out of it, and the more relationships you will build. (Hint: more relationships means a larger sphere of influence!)

Ah yes... blogging! I first started blogging a few years ago on a personal blog. I was convinced by some friends that I needed to blog, especially since I was pregnant at the time and needed to be able to post my feelings (and of course, photos) of my new experience as a mother. After having my daughter, I started my career in real estate. Then I got to go pro in my blogging, so to speak.
