' Now may be the perfect time to buy a home in Reno-Sparks '
This was the main headline of a well respected  home magazine I was reading yesterday. Where are they coming from? is it really? Do I agreee with it?  Yes and No. Let's dig in deeper.
Here are two reasons why most people think that now is a good time to buy:
1. Interest rates are still affordable.

Two Nights ago my three year old boy woke me up crying about his nose bleeding.  Being the super dad that I am, I calmly told him, "Don't worry the bleeding will stop." It took about five minutes before it totally stopped and sure enough I was the hero in my boy's eyes after which he said, "You're smart dad, you know everything".
Basing it on my past experiences with nose bleeds, I knew for sure that it will stop. I just could not make it stop right there and then when my son demanded it.
