Loring Heights is a great little Intown Atlanta Neighborhood. It consists of around 300 homes and is bordered by Peachtree Street, Northside Drive and Atlantic Station. Loring Heights is convenience to Midtown, Buckhead and Downtown and that is one of the reasons why it is so popular. If you are driving around looking at homes in Loring Heights, be sure and check out the pond and the park.
