I have been enjoying the Active Rain site since joining a couple of months ago.  I learn a lot from the experiences of others, as well as the business related topics that are posted.  While not a realtor, I work with realtors, so I am interested in their business.  One thing that is starting to irritate me has been the increase in posts that appear to have been made for points, only.  If you are a professional, like me, we have enough reading to wade through during our normal work week.  Why do I have to waste time wading through posts with no substance or informative value?  Maybe its me, but does this annoy anyone else out there?  Anyway, I would like to see more posts with substance, useful information, or other value, than those that appear to be posted just for earning points.  Is it that important to have your photo show up on the top of the page?  If it is, make it there for good reason.  Thanks for listening..or reading.
