2010 Kites Over Clarksburg Festival - 03/23/10 02:00 PM
This year's kite festival will be held on Saturday, March 27 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Ovid Hazen Wells Park on Skylark Road in Clarksburg, MD.
There will be kite-flying demonstrations, craft activities, games, and a raffle with prizes.  ...Fun for kids of all ages!

Woodcrest in Clarksburg Maryland - 03/16/10 08:25 AM
I thought you might be interested in an update on home sales in the Woodcrest neighborhood of Clarksburg, MD.
There are now four homes for sale, all located on Bennett Chase, and priced from $569,900 to $579,990.
Three homes in Woodcrest are under contract, but have not yet closed.  The three are on Bennett Chase and were priced from $518,660 to $589,460.  The actual selling prices of these homes will be available as soon as they go to settlement.
During 2009 a total of thirteen homes sold in Woodcrest.  The lowest price was for a townhouse on Dutrow that sold for $380,504, and the highest priced … (0 comments)

Clarksburg Maryland Real Estate Update - 03/10/10 09:08 AM
Here's the latest news on house and condo sales in zip code 20871.
A total of $6.4 million worth of homes sold in Clarksburg last month, which is an increase of 33.18% compared to February of 2009.
The median price of homes that sold was 15.76% lower than last year, but the number of homes sold doubled... and the average days on the market dropped by 68.24 percent.
This is a continuation of the trend we've been seeing lately: more homes selling more quickly than last year, but at a lower price.
