So far this year, 6 Arora Hills homes have sold and closed.

A total of $5,050,371 worth of homes sold during August 2011, compared to $8,978,525 in August of 2011 – a drop of 43.75 percent.
 
The median sold price during August was $358,600 (a 14.62 drop from the previous August), and the number of homes sold and closed decreased by 30.00 percent.
 
But interestingly, the number of new pending contracts during the month of August was 21.43 percent higher than last year.  I’m hopeful this is a harbinger of better things to come.
