The Milestone community now has 21 homes for sale, ranging in price from $320,000 to $619,900.  These homes have been on the market an average of 82 days.
The big news is that eight properties are now under contract, awaiting settlement.

There are five homes for sale at Highlands at Clarksburg, ranging in price from $425,000 to $550,000.  They've been on the market an average of 95 days.
The most recent sale was a home on Brewers Tavern Way that sold for $401,600 and closed on May 31.

Damascus, Maryland is a community located immediately to the east of Clarksburg.
Like many other areas in Montgomery County, home sales have slowed this year in Damascus.  More specifically, the number of homes sold in May of 2007 declined 46.43 percent compared to last year.  The median price of homes was down … (0 comments)
