Where the housing market in BC is headed
Recent reports say that the season of Spring could be the testing point where the sector of housing might most likely go.
We have observed the prices of homes; or how real estate have gone relatively low after a decade of watching houses that command high price.
Although, it's still a buyer's market, analysts see an analogy that the increase of prices this month of March could mean that the market has already hit the lowest point or it might simply indicate that it's typical of the season.

In fact, some people would rather look up various real estate web sites prior to deciding and working with a realtor. And why not? Almost everyone has access to the net. Gone are the days when buyers will have to seek information via the long route.
