Some time ago, people in the industry such as real estate agents, homebuyers and home sellers had to go through a very exhausting experience of getting raw leads, finding prospects and showing properties.
You have to physically do all the work. Of course, that was the only route available at the time.
When the internet technology has emerged and definitely has evolved, some people found a better approach to doing trading business on real estate, whether as a buyer or seller.
