Richmond, British Columbia, Canada - Let me join everyone in welcoming the year 2007!
It's the first day of the brand new year. I recall one striking mind principle which goes like:"We are what we think we are...Whatever we have accomplished so far is a product of our thoughts in the past." Indeed, we can only work on things that we have thought that we could do.

Richmond, British Columbia, Canada - It's the period of the year when people get too busy on their shopping or party planning as part of their preparation for the Christmas celebration. It's the time for gift-giving or remembering the less fortunate.
There are some people though, who could opt to wait for the boxing day to find good deals or bargains. I guess everyone has their own way of spending the holiday...
Being in a multi-cultural community, one can experience ethnic custom and tradition. From the decorating part to cooking or inviting friends over or other members of the family to a dinner.
