Unlawful Detainer Actions (Evictions being the more commonly used term) are an unfortunate part of the Property Manager's job, and one that we hate to have to perform. If you have been a Landlord for any length of time, you've probably dealt with your share of problem tenants, perhaps even evicted one. Here are a few tips towards maintaining a healthy business relationship with your tenant:
