NAR says Spring Sales are "Set To Bloom"

Winters surplus inventory is beginning to move. Existing home sales are expected to do well all of this year and well into '08. New home sales will lag behind slightly but are expected to gain momentum later this year. Existing home sale prices, on a national average, rose only 1.1% in 2006 while they are expected to rise 1.9% in 2007.
