With the amount of different ways out there to market some of the old ground pounders know that a good source is to market to your local businesses.  Don't forget that the bigger businesses have a HR person which would be a wealth of knowledge in all personal in their company.  Not only would you have access to the current employees but the ones that are moving into town.  Get in good with them you are a shoe in to be at the top of the HR's mind one someone needs to purchase or sell their home.

VA Streamline Refinance - 07/11/09 03:48 PM

For the Veterans that are currently already in a VA Home Loan you can refinance your current VA Mortgage and get into a lower interest rate. 
The perks are:
No appraisal No Income Verification No Asset Verfiication Closing costs are minimual compared to a full blown refinance. You only need to be current on your mortgage and you are eligible for the VA Streamline loan.  Don't keep paying the higher interest rate.   Check the VA Loan Eligibility.

VA Loans are still a great loan to use if you have a client is a veteran.  Some loan officers will argue that there are better programs out there.
Here are some benefits:
Still 100% financing Great Rates No mortgage insurance No credit score minumum Seller can pay 4% in seller concessions on top of 4% of sales price towards judgements, furniture, paying down liabilities.
