                                                                                                     Zero Stress Instruction was formed in 1996 when
Ignazio (Iggy) Lena recognized the need for healthcare staff to be able to recall the best practices set forth in the American Heart Association's treatment guidelines.  Iggy successfully designed an ACLS, BLS, PALS education program that is truly"stress free".

                                        Zero Stress Instruction offers this valuable  educational requirement designed for the adult learner.  Interactive discussion, video instruction, and case studies result in the retention of this vital information. We also offer flexible scheduling 7 days a week, small classes, recertifications as well as individual tutoring or remediation as needed.  We understand that most of our students are very busy and have time constraints.  Class days and times are flexible to meet the needs of the medical professional.
