We are deeply saddened to report the tragic death of the daughter of our 2012 Board President Jennifer Carson. Laura Carson, a sixth-grader at Armstrong Middle School, was killed in a go-kart accident while visiting relatives in Alabama on New Year’s Day.
We extend our deepest sympathy to Jennifer, her husband Lee and their son Garrett.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 3, 2012 from 5 – 7 p.m. at First United Methodist Church Family Life Center in Starkville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 from First United Methodist Church, 200 West Lampkin Street, Starkville, … (2 comments)

This is a 100% personal post today, nothing real estate related…
Last night, my husband went to bed frustrated. Of course I was agitated by his quick departure, so I followed along asking what was wrong. Well…what I heard was pretty shocking, sad & somewhat painful. His response?? “Family life exhausts me…”.
My first though? Well…let’s just say I can’t post that here . Luckily, I didn’t respond with words to hubby. I just sat there…pondering on what he had said, and wondering why he would feel that way.
