Well this Atlanta home inspector and his wife have been in a major writing slump for about the last two weeks and niether one of sees the light at the end of the tunnel for coming out of this. When David tells people that he is a home inspector everyone thinks that's great until perhaps they hear some of the stories that he tells. As an Atlanta home inspector, I like to give tips on the best ways to maintain your property. This time, I want to talk to you about your gutters and downspouts. They should be cleaned and inspected at least semi-annually. Typically the best times to tackle the job or spring and fall. The reason that you need to keep your gutters cleaned out is because when their full and backed up, flooding can occur as well as roof leaks caused by water seepage.

I'm David Lelak, an Atlanta Home Inspector and with springtime in the air and planting season just around the corner, it often makes me think of the Bible story that you reap what you sow. So many times we go through the day and never once think about what we're sowing into the lives of others. Are we sowing strife, division, discouragement, and discord. Or are we busy going about sowing joy, happiness, peace, and unity?

I have once again started listening to the science of getting rich cds that I purchased and was reminded of the grateful attitude. See right now because of the slower market and less income coming in it is so easy to maybe focus on what one doesn't have or what one can't do or the fact that things tend to back up and get behind that we focus on those things and we forget all that we have to be grateful for.
