The moisture output levels found here indicate a wax ring leak. The meter will respond to higher and lower levels of moisture detection and can then be documented in the report details. If the toilet has recently been installed or moved due to floor replacement, make sure the wax ring has been installed. Once the toilet has been moved, the seal is no longer as effective. Also, if the toilet rocks when you have a seat, this is a good indicator of a loosened seal.
