As a North Atlanta Home Inspector it is my job, to convey my findings, to my customer, in the most concise and accurate way possible!
And I want you to know that I have Never Killed a Deal, BUT I have had a few houses like this one COMMIT SUICIDE while I was there. This particular house had a few pieces of tin missing or out of place and there was slight settling around the front porch steps. The upper bedroom window would not operate properly. As an Atlanta home inspector, I like to give tips on the best ways to maintain your property. This time, I want to talk to you about your gutters and downspouts. We have double key deadbolt locks on our doors. Are these safe or should we replace the double key deadbolt locks with single key deadbolt locks?
