Listing syndication has been a somewhat controversial topic in the real estate industry. Not sure what listing syndication is? Listing syndication is a somewhat new phenomenon, and the term "listing syndication" is even newer. It refers to the practice of agents posting their listings on third party home search websites like Yahoo! Real Estate, AOL Real Estate, Zillow, Trulia, Google Base, and many others.
