Websites are a great, cost effective way of advertising your business to thousands, even millions of homebuyers and sellers. As with any marketing tool or strategy, you have to consider its effectiveness and the return you are getting from your investment. However, sometimes it’s easy to get sidetracked when measuring effectiveness. For example, some people look at the amount of traffic a website gets and base the site’s effectiveness on that. But consider website A and website B. Website A gets 5,000 unique visits every month and converts 3% of those visits into leads. That’s 150 leads. Website B gets 2,000 (0 comments)
