Into every life some rain may fall.  AND, into every life some sun will shine! 
This is a business that is filled with frustrations and forgetfulness.  The frustrations are ongoing, the forgetfulness is when something special happens and we just take it in stride.  So I'm writing this for all the times I've forgotten to say "thank you" because I just got caught up in the on going stuff of life.

First, let me admit that I'm well over 30 (that's 30 times 2 and then some) and I get offended when I'm in the middle of a conversation and someone starts texting.  But allowing for the change of social mores, Soci@l has to be one of the best tools for getting a global view of the whole social-media environment. 
In a systematic way, exploring much of the known social media universe in a single source gave me an opportunity to begin to appreciate the impact and to accept the fact that it isn't going to be just another passing fad.  More importantly … (4 comments)

It looks like we may be moving in the right direction - finally!  Education for real estate consumer needs to come in lots of packages.  Some insight can be brought by real estate professionals.  Some can be brought by the lending industry.  Some can also be brought by various government agencies.  In that latter genre, please note the following announcement:

Keller Williams International University instructor Chris Alston from Cupertino, Ca did a masterful job in helping a collection of agents and affiliates grasp some of the finer points of social media in today's market.  The class was his own however he used as his text Soci@l written by Ben Kinney and Jay Papasan.
