The class was his own however he used as his text Soci@l written by Ben Kinney and Jay Papasan. He was able to relate the diverse world of media into practical steps to launch an intentional plan to promote presence and professionalism onto the net. I've been around trainers for over 30 years and this experience was one of the best. Using humor, wit and sometimes a (2 comments)
