Many investors and homeowners think they can save money by managing their homes and condos themselves. For some it seems that it costs too much to pay a property management company. “All I have to do is find a renter and then collect my money each month”, they may say. But is it always that easy? Things rarely are!
To be certain, if you can find perfect renters who never cause any problems or have any problems, then maybe you don’t need a property manager.

What are the most important qualities in a property management company?
What do you look for? What questions do you ask? 
It’s OK if you only have one thing to add or a list of ten! Go ahead and name what you think are the most important qualities in a property management company.

This two acre park opened on January 7, 2012 and has lots of amenities including water fountains, covered pavilions, walking trails, and a place to wash your pooch.
