condo: Coral Springs Landlord Registration Program - 02/19/13 08:35 AM
All property owners in Coral Springs Florida who currently rent their home, condo, apartment, etc., are first required by the city to register as a business. If the owner lives outside of the Tri-County area they are also required to give the name of a local property manager, or someone else who is local, to the city as a first point of contact in case the city needs to communicate with the landlord or their designated representative. If you have any questions about this process you can call us at 954-752-0547. Everyone at Florida Management and Consulting Group is dedicated to helping guide you … (3 comments)

condo: Do you manage any home or condo or do you only select certain properties? - 07/14/12 12:40 PM
One of the questions that we are frequently asked as property managers in South Florida is:
Do you manage any home or condo or do you only select certain properties?
We are selective in the properties we are willing to take on responsibility for. We look for an owner who is willing to maintain the property in good condition. Not all properties are "new" or "upgraded" but there is no reason why any property should be offered in less than clean and in good working condition. Good clean, well maintained properties always attract the best tenants.
