Ballantyne Homes

Just incase you are not familiar with this part of South Charlotte, here is a little information. Ballantyne is located 15-20 minutes outside of uptown Charlotte and Just down the road from Matthews. Homes in the area range from the 100K to well over 5 million dollars. Ballantyne has a natural mix of cluster, new construction, and executive homes as well as a healthy mix of town-homes and condos. Ballantyne has all kinds of new shopping, dining and mixed use developments. My 3 favorite neighborhoods in Ballantyne are South Hampton Commons , Ardrey Woods, and Bridgehampton.

South Charlotte Condos

Last week I wrote a Charlotte condo blog about uptown and downtown Charlotte Condos.  This week my focus will be South Charlotte condos.  Most of these south Charlotte condos are around the well established areas of Dilworth, Cherry, Myers Park and South Park. The Hamptons at Park South - The Hamptons at Park South offer brick-exterior homes with slate roofs, covered porches and paved entrances

210 Trade - Over 50 stories tall, 210 Trade will be Charlotte's tallest residential tower.

The Park - Residents at The Park will enjoy a rooftop park, pool, putting green, clubhouse, jogging trail, round-the-clock security and private entrances.

715 North Church -Units feature concrete floors and huge windows that overlook the 715 North Church private swimming pool.

626 North Graham - Units at 626 North Graham offer exposed brick walls, ceilings that rise over 11 feet tall, stainless steel appliances and washers and dryers.

The Vue - The Vue rises over 50 stories over Charlotte's streets and is one of the most luxury developments to rise in Charlotte.

Gateway Plaza - Gateway Plaza is located in Gateway Village in Uptown.

Avenue - A 36 story building located conveniently on Church Street. From the Avenue you'll be able to walk to nightlife and daylife.

The Arlington -The Arlington offers a rooftop pool and terrace, a fitness center, round-the-clock security patrol and covered parking.

M Street - M Street condos offer spacious, 3-story town-homes with large walk-in closets, bathrooms with step-in showers.

The Trust - The Trust is a 7-story condominium that is in the process of being converted in into 8 exclusive luxury condominium homes.

 

Selwyn Park Neighborhood

 

 Selwyn Park....what a wonderful neighborhood and the perfect location. Selwyn Park is just a hope skip and a jump away from Dilworth, Cherry and South Park!  homes in Selwyn Park have sold for the low 200's all the way up to the middle 600's. If I wanted to be the listing agent and Make myself the Neighborhood agent for Selwyn Park I would build many free web sites like this one to build a web presence just in-case a smart consumer OR a seller in the neighborhood followed the law of numbers and did research on the worls wide web.
