What are the builders thinking??? Housing starts up by 17.2% in May 2009!!!!!! - 06/16/09 12:35 PM
I don't know how "executives" make decisions.  I hope that they have access to data that us mere mortals do not.
There was a report today (June 16, 2009) in the news that housing starts were up in May 2009, up by 17.2% from April.  According to the report, all four regions of the country registered increases.
I guess putting people to work, construction crews etc, is not a bad idea.  What IS a bad idea is creating more supply to an already oversupplied market!
According to the report again, housing starts in the West were up, get this, by an incredible 28.6%.  … (0 comments)
