What a year 2009 was for real estate!!!! And for the real estate market in Pleasanton it was no exception!!!
Now that the statistics for the whole year have been compiled, it is interesting too see how the market for homes in Pleasanton behaved in 2009.
They say a "picture is worth a thousand words", and as you can see in the following graphs we had an incredible year in Pleasanton real estate .

Pleasanton Real Estate rocks!!! Many buyers continue to flock to Pleasanton to purchase their first home, and many residents of Pleasanton that decide to sell, instead of moving out they decide to move up and stay here! This was the case for the seller of this beautiful home in Pleasanton's Belvedere subdivision. Homes and especially those priced under $800K, continue to sell well in Pleasanton. I recently represented the seller of this beautiful, upgraded home, built by Toohey homes and very convenient to eveything! It sold in 21 days! There was plenty of activity in the Windemere neighborhood real estate market for the month of July 2009.
MAY 2009
22 homes in Windemere in San Ramon (includes condos and single family homes) were sold.
This data does NOT include new home sales from the builders.
Prices ranged from $495,000 for the lowest, to $1,023,000 for the highest. There are the actual sold prices for these homes in Windemere, not the asking price!
JUNE 2009
19 homes in Windemere in San Ramon (includes condos and single family homes) were sold.

May 2009
63 homes in Pleasanton (condos and single family homes) changed hands.
Actual sold prices (not asking price) ranged from $180,000 for the lowest, to $1,830,000 for the highest.
June 2009
87 homes in Pleasanton (condos and single family homes) changed hands.
Actual sold prices (not asking price) ranged from $178,000 to $1,950,000
July 2009
70 homes in Pleasanton (condos and single family homes) changed hands.
Actual sold prices (not asking price) ranged from $145,000 (yes! a 610 square foot condo in Pleasanton sold for $145K!!) to $2,700,000 for a 7,000 square … (0 comments)
