I just ran into this story and was glad to see it. It irks me when I read the news about there being less buyers when that isn't the truth at all. There are plenty of buyers but it's harder to get a mortgage now than it was before. Here's the story:

For some reason I have notice that people will sign a guest book like this on a networking site rather then the message board down further on the page. Some say it is just easier to use and others find it to be more fun.It can be especially useful if you have your settings to not allow html code on your message board and people still want some fun way of showing they were there.

For some reason when it comes to mixing work and personal issues, the lines become blurry as to what is ok or not to discuss in a public forum like a blog or forum. With a user name and no real picture online you find your voice and begin to open up and say what's on your mind without the old fears. But now we are talking about speaking about personal issues in the open with those we do business with.

Oh Yea, Oh yea! Spring officially begins march 11th, don't forget to change those clocks Sunday though, one hour ahead. Digital clocks normally change themselves and so does your computer if you have it set to observe daylight savings hours.
Change is in the air, the cold icy winds of winter are fading, (Not in Florida *Chuckle*) the wild flowers are beginning to bloom, the crazies are coming out of their shells...oh sorry, I was carried away in the moment! LOL..

I know there are many times when you post something on your page and someone wants to know "How did you do that?" So in the past I have said to paste my text into their window and click on html to view it so they can see the code I used.

OK, this is too cool, I added a new widget after seeing my live chat window working and is it ever cool! You can choose from different designs of the button below and link it to the page it will open on. I thought when I first did it that it would just give me the code to post but it did more than that! I was told by a realtor on another network that Spring is the beginning of it and late fall is the slow down, people are getting ready to spend on the holidays once again. After the holidays are over, people finish their taxes, Spring is in the air and Summer on it's way. I think people generally feel better in warmer weather (not scorching) but warm. The extended days and sunshine bring on better moods and people have a little more time at the end of their days.
