I just ran into this story and was glad to see it. It irks me when I read the news about there being less buyers when that isn't the truth at all. There are plenty of buyers but it's harder to get a mortgage now than it was before. Here's the story:

How many times have you wished you could get more people to see what you have to offer when you have a gorgeous home you just know everyone would fall in love with if only they saw it? One of the ways I have seen (and helped) Realtor's to grab people's attention is to throw those stationary pictures in a slide show. But you say you already do that? Ahhh... but here is where they differ.

I was told by a realtor on another network that Spring is the beginning of it and late fall is the slow down, people are getting ready to spend on the holidays once again. After the holidays are over, people finish their taxes, Spring is in the air and Summer on it's way. I think people generally feel better in warmer weather (not scorching) but warm. The extended days and sunshine bring on better moods and people have a little more time at the end of their days.
