I just ran into this story and was glad to see it. It irks me when I read the news about there being less buyers when that isn't the truth at all. There are plenty of buyers but it's harder to get a mortgage now than it was before. Here's the story:

You probably have seen Kamey Hawk either from here on myspace, on WannaNetwork.com or Active Rain, or many other networking sites. She is on many people's top friend list because of what a wonderful person she is. She's also a realtor in Augusta... here... look familiar?
Her page is still showing but she recieved an email from myspace that her page was deleted for reasons she would never have done. There was a list and I know she didn't break one of the items listed in any way.She opened a new page, please add her there and send her a message … (11 comments)

I'm wondering if it's just me or if it's everyone. It used to be that Active Rain was the fastest loading networking site and now the pages take forever to load whether they have images o them or not. I know there's over 83,000 members now and some days there are over 5000 people logged in here at one time.
So I'm wondering if maybe the server is running on overtime and having a hard time keeping up?
My other pages and sites seem to load fine except of course, the other networking sites. Some of them move as slow as molasses! LOL... … (5 comments)

If you were to see my shanty of a run down house you would turn tail and run! LOL... No it's really a new app they installed on myspace along with an army of others. This is the only one I am trying out. Do you have a run down shanty?

I’ve seen a few blogs here about the networking sites available and thought I would give my own viewpoint on them. The networks available can be used in many ways to enhance your business and gain you exposure. These are the main three I use on a regular basis.
Active Rain is good for learning as well as sharing knowledge. But also, when you post blogs there and place links to your web site in your blogs, it’s picked up by google. Then when people search for keywords like homes in your area, they can find you faster. Not … (9 comments)
