EMHE Indianapolis - the faith component - 05/17/09 10:10 PM
Here are several examples of the faith component that was an important part of many people's involvement in the Extreme Makeover Home Edition project in Indianapolis. A network has limited time to tell a story. So you know that not everything can be included. Estridge Extreme Closing Celebration Sunday afternoon - 05/17/09 09:07 PM
Being a real estate agent who works with new home builders, I am on the mailing list for Estridge and several other builders in the Indianapolis area. The show will feature the collective efforts of thousands who were able to build a two story home with a full basement plus an accessory library building in less than one week. More than the story of some new buildings is the story of one man's passion to better his community by promoting education. As the story (0 comments)
Learning seems to never end in the real estate business - 05/08/09 02:00 PM
The minute you stop learning, you start losing your edge. The real estate business has gone through many changes in the last fifteen years. And it is constantly changing. When the Internet started to become popular in the mid- to late-1990's it was like a revolution. In a few short years we went from an MLS book that was published a few times per month to information-empowered consumers. Since the rise of the Internet there have been several things happen that have changed the real estate landscape. Here are a few examples: Elimination of the MLS book. It is not even (2 comments)
