Let me start by saying that I am not an economist (and I don't play one on tv. - Why does everybody like to add that phrase?) And it just might be an advantage - not being an economist.  But on to the discussion.
Years ago, I had a book that showed payments for various interest rates.  When interest rates reached 17% it showed that rates went beyond what the book publisher would have ever expected.  Now rates are off the chart again - this time on the low end.  Who in their right mind would have forseen rates as low … (1 comments)
