Mortgage Rates Hit Record Low! - 06/28/10 12:32 PM
Freddie Mac is reporting record lows this week with 30-year-fixed mortgages averaging 4.69 percent!  Last week we were at 4.75% compared to 5.42% a year ago.  This also beats the previous all-time low of 4.71% set during the week of December 3rd, 2009.
It goes without saying (and yet, here I go...) that this is a GREAT time to buy!  With a bunch of great new listings on the market and fantastically low rates that can make you money over the life of the loan, the investment opportunities are hard to resist.

Infinity Group Realty is pleased to welcome the "New Kid on the Block" - Equinox Brewing.  Hops and Berries, the home brew and wine making supply store, has expanded and opened Equinox Brewing at 133 Remington in Old Town Fort Collins. 
The Brewery features 6 rotating taps and a small beer garden and lounge.  I can personally recommend their Sunrise Golden Ale as a standout favorite (and I'm a 'dark beer' kinda girl), plus a very well rounded Sunset Stout and surprisingly light Cumulus Wit.  Although small, the bar is open and the staff friendly and helpful.  We are glad … (2 comments)

As of June 1st, 2010, total home inventory for Fort Collins, CO is 3893 homes.  Fortunately, our foreclosure rate is still relatively low at 27% with 1073 foreclosures.
