Just wanted to pass this touching story along from a musician...

AMAZING GRACE...

As a guitarist, I play many gigs. Recently I was asked by a funeral director to play at a graveside service for a homeless man. He had no family or friends, so the service was to be at a pauper’s cemetery in the back country. As I was not familiar with the backwoods, I got lost.

I finally arrived an hour late and saw the funeral guy had evidently gone and the hearse was nowhere in sight. There were only the diggers and crew left and they were eating lunch.

I felt badly and apologized to the men for being late. I went to the side of the grave and looked down and the vault lid was already in place. I didn’t know what else to do, so I started to play.

The workers put down their lunches and began to gather around. I played out my heart and soul for this man with no family and friends. I played like I’ve never played before for this homeless man.

And as I played ‘Amazing Grace,’ the workers began to weep. They wept, I wept, we all wept together. When I finished I packed up my guitar and started for my car. Though my head hung low, my heart was full.

As I opened the door to my car, I heard one of the workers say, “I never seen nothin’ like that before and I’ve been putting in septic tanks for twenty years.”

Apparently, I’m still lost…

Four Catholic Women...

Four Catholic ladies are having coffee together, discussing how important their children are.

The first one tells her friends, "My son is a priest. When he walks into a room, everyone calls him 'Father'."

The second Catholic woman chirps, "Well, my son is a bishop. Whenever he walks into a room, people say, ', 'Your Grace'."

The third Catholic woman says smugly, "Well, not to put you down, but my son is a cardinal. Whenever he walks into a room, people say 'Your Eminence'.

The fourth Catholic woman sips her coffee in silence. The first three women give her this subtle "Well...?"

She replies, "My son is a gorgeous, 6' 2" hard-bodied, very blessed, male stripper. Whenever he walks into a room, women just say, "Oh my God....Oh my God...Oh my God!"

For those who are currently Active Duty, my thoughts are with you daily for a safe return home to your loved ones.

I am honored to be a member of the Patriot Guard Riders. Several days weekly I attend Homecomings, Sendoffs, Funeral Services and provide Motorcycle Escorts and Security when needed for military members, past and present.

I am so honored to stand and hold my flag for you. Sometimes a happy occasion and sometimes a tearful occasion, and always an honor to be there.

YOU are America's Heroes!

This week I will be providing motorcycle escort of the Christmas Tree for the United States Capital that will be placed on the West lawn with 5000 ornaments made by Colorado residents. Our community has made many ornaments to honor our heroes that shall be placed on that tree.

This year I am also very active in WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA. I am trying to collect donations totaling $14,000.00 so I can place a wreath on EVERY grave at our Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.

Bittersweet, Out with the old...In with the new!

Gosh it was a tough decision to sell my trusty Vulcan 1600 Classic. I LOVED that bike! It was a blast to ride, and never a single repair or expense other than maintenance. I rode it OVER 11,000 miles this summer. Had an awesome time on many rides and runs. But....

I got a NEW Harley! :)

2011 Harley Davidson FLHTCU, --- Ultra Classic Electra Glide

I got a SMOKIN' DEAL on it too! I was in the process of buying a used one in Rock Springs Wyoming. It had 21,000 miles on it. But after 2 weeks of the sales team JACKING me around on the deal I walked. (EXTREMELY POOR business practices really got sick of them changing the dollar amounts we had agreed to on my trade, loan, and purchase price.)

So I found another one in Albuquerque with 22,000 miles on it, and an AWESOME Salesman! (Joaquin).....

Then I found even another in Illinois. It only had 1400 miles on it. So I decided to buy that one......Well...It was a few phone calls back and forth that morning coming to agreement on terms and my trade. Apparently another salesman OVERHEARD my offer and hurried up and called one of his customers, told them what they could get the bike for. So while I was on the phone giving my Debit Card info to my salesman The OTHER salesman's customers walk in and go straight to the manager's office and BUY the bike. I hear some heated discussion between the salesmen , then my salesman says that they sold the bike while he was taking my deposit! :( So now I'm back to the one in New Mexico.....OR am I? LOL!

About an hour after I hang up from Illinois, the salesman calls me back. He said he felt so bad that we got the bike pulled out from under us that he decided to do a "LOCATE" and see if there were any others at another dealer in the USA.

HE FOUND ONE! BRAND NEW! NEVER RIDDEN OR TITLED! Now this is a BIG deal, because I ONLY wanted a 2011 FLHTCU in Cool Blue Pearl/Vivid Black. All 2011's of course are used, with miles on them. But because this one had been put on Hold for a friend at the dealership, and the deal never came together, they had put it back on the floor to sell! :) But now the 2013's are on the floor, so this makes this one 2 model years old. They dropped the price over $5,000 dollars! I bought it for $200.00 LESS than ALL the used ones I found!!!!! It has the full 2 year Warranty that comes with all NEW Harleys AND I got them to give me an additional 3rd year warranty! :)

Soooooo...I flew to Hammond Louisiana and bought "BlUE"! It was a VERY long ride back home to Colorado, and very CHILLY! 1,727 miles ALL BY MYSELF! (I had taken some back roads so I could see some sites. so it added a couple hundred miles.

Can you say BRRRRRRRRRRR?!

But!!!!! I was SMILING the whole way! Perma-Grin!

(Actually I think my mouth FROZE in the cold air while I was Smiling!)

By the way...I lost 30 inches, and 17 pounds....STILL Losing, But That's ANOTHER STORY! :)

They also believe in customer service! They stand behind their products 100%. If you want something they don't happen to have, chances are they can get it. Nancy's quick to pull out her catalogs and start hunting the item down, LOL!

A lot of motorcycle riders seem to have a hard time finding things that fit when it comes to very SMALL or LARGER sizes. Most bike shops have to ORDER in these sizes. Not the case at Moses Leather Company in Grand Junction! They carry almost everything in sizes from XXS to 6X!!! In stock! In the store! YAY! I'm a "want-it-now" kind of gal! LOL! And ladies...Nancy won't let you leave with the wrong fit! If you pick chaps or a vest that aren't the most flattering for your figure, she will suggest a better choice that is. She's got your back-side! She'll make sure you love your look! She is so good at shopping!!! Makes you feel like your shopping with your best friend! I stop by all the time just to hang out, and marvel at how nobody leaves as a stranger. If you just happen to be passing through...You're gonna miss Moses and Nancy when you leave. I did! Sooooo...I stop by as often as I can! Really, really good people!

Wanna talk shop? So does Moses! I was wanting to change the exhaust on my bike and Moses told me he had JUST changed his! I told him what I was looking for, and he can get me what I want. (At a much better price than the other quotes I had.) He said putting the pipes on myself was very do-able, if I was so inclined. That will save me a bunch! :) I always look forward to shooting the breeze at Moses Leather Company!

I feel so fortunate to have won a raffle that was a Gift Certificate from Moses Leather Company. That's how I found this business. I had gone on a ride for charity and they DONATED several Gift Certificates to the charity so they could raffle them to support the charity. Since then, I've been on NUMEROUS rides for charity, and guess what!? There's ALWAYS something from Moses Leather Company as a donation to the charity. Moses and Nancy are so giving and so loving! This next Saturday, July 7th, they are SPONSORING a ride for Saint Mary's Regional Cancer Center's Cancer Survivorship Program. The "Tracy Bain Ride for Life." I'll hopefully get back to Grand Junction in time to join Moses and Nancy on this ride. (I'm gonna be out of town all week) so fingers crossed I get back in time! :)

1st Annual Country Jam Poker Ride!

1st Annual Country Jam Poker Ride!

Wow! What a fun Friday I had!

I went on the 1st Annual Country Jam Poker Run. We rode about 130 miles in a loop across the Grand Mesa. There are over 200 lakes and the pine trees smelled sooo good! It was a gorgeous ride!

We had 5 stops for Poker cards. I had a 2, 4, 7, 9, and 10 all unsuited. It can't get much worse of a hand than that! LOL! But I did win some great Raffle prizes, most of which I donated back to the charity. The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. They were the cause we were supporting on the ride. It is to help Wounded Warriors and other Soldiers enjoy time camping at a special camp in the wilderness. However I did keep the raffle tickets for Moses Leather in Grand Junction! That's my favorite store for Biker gear! It's an awesome shop run by Moses and Nancy. They have so much leather gear and biker stuff! They are always so generous and donate gift certificates to the motorcycle rides for charity. Stop by and check out Moses Leather next time you ride through Grand Junction!

The poker run started and ended at Allen Unique Autos. Tammy Allen is the owner of one of the MOST AMAZING car collection ever! She is a wonderful lady, I had so much fun visiting with her. She has a great heart, and is a very interesting gal, and so passionate about the cars and other interests she is involved in. We enjoyed a great Bar-B-Que while hanging out in her Car Museum.

Then rode over to the Country Jam Festival and spent the evening with all the Country Stars enjoying their performance. It was Military Day at the Jam and the performances were awesome! We had special parking at the VIP gate for our bikes, and full access to the huge Country Club tent, that was air cooled with a free food buffet, snacks, and discounted drinks. Then back stage passes to meet Trace Adkins! ALL of the interviews with the Country Stars were done in the Country Club Tent just a few feet from our table. It was so much FUN!

Dang! I finally get a pic with Trace Adkins and I have FLAT hair from my doo-rag and my motorcycle ride. What's a girl to do?! Answer: SMILE, SMILE, SMILE! Ain't he a HANDSOME HUNK!!! Whew! We were hoping he would make it in time to go on the ride with us, but he didn't. We're gonna try again next year, The activities manager for the stars had a bike for him, but he just got in too late to go. :(

Grand Mesa is one of the many treasures less than an hour from my home. It is the world's largest flat top mountain, with over 200 lakes! There are deer, elk, moose, bear, and lots of wildlife, so you cruise along nice and easy and enjoy the view!

2012 BIG Jumpstart Blog Challenge!!! Whew! this was quite a CHALLENGE. I learned so much from this challenge, about ActiveRain, the AR Community and about MYSELF!

I want to THANK Lynn for presenting this challenge to us. I don't think I would have such an understanding of the ActiveRain community had it not been so well thought out by Lynn. She really thought long and hard about how to make the challenge a beneficial learning experience for all of us. I was sorta of dreading the challenge, because it APPEARED to be difficult. But in fact, it wasn't difficult at all!!! :)

Once I took each post category and did it as requested, it actually was very easy, and I had a blast doing it! I was looking forward to each post, and could hardly wait to see what thoughts it would provoke! I actually miss the challenge now that it's over. LOL!

I have to say that some of the BEST posts I've read on AR were a result of the challenge. It really lets us get to know each other, and it truly showed how different-yet the same we all are. It was so interesting to see the different spin each of us put on posts about the same subject!!!

I cannot even BEGIN to imagine how much work it will be to check all the entries! Whew! WHAT A TASK!!!

So...I wanted to stop by to give Lynn a GREAT BIG THANK YOU!!!

Mesa County, Grand Junction Colorado Market Report

There were 2,304 Properties SOLD in the Grand Junction area in 2011.

3,684 new listings came on the market in 2011.

The average SALES PRICE was $181,509.

The average Days On Market was 136 Days.

In 2012 Analysts predict:

The Number of Homes SOLD will rise.

The Number of New Listings will rise.

The Sales Price will DROP by Approx. 5.1%

Many Foreclosures will come on the market as lenders get caught up on processing the backlog of foreclosed properties. These BANK OWNED properties will come on the market in a lower price range than comparable properties being listed by HOME OWNERS making it difficult to get top dollar for seller owned homes. Thus causing the predicted 5.1% decrease in sales price for 2012.

FREE!!! Easy to Create Charts and Graphs site for making Market Reports in Minutes!

I'm new to creating Charts and Graphs. I had put off writing anything that would require a chart or graph because I had thought they would be difficult to make.

I stumbled upon the site, CHART GO.

I made my first chart using CHART GO a FREE site to EASILY create Charts and Graphs! It was SOOOO Easy! Took me 2 minutes! No kidding, to make this chart below!

There are lots of choices, so just go there and play around a minute. When I got done, I just right clicked my chart and SAVED it. The starter sample has words on the chart, I just back spaced over the words and entered my own. It can't be any easier!

So if you've been putting off Market Reports because you don't have any easy way to make charts or graphs, please check out Chart Go.

Is there a 12 Step Program???

I am an addict. I am powerless over my addiction. My life is beginning to revolve around ActiveRain. I need help!!!!

LOL! Sometimes I get so involved in reading all the great posts here on ActiveRain, that time just whizzes by. That happened today! (AGAIN).

I had big plans to work on several tasks today, and even announced early this morning that I needed to get an early start.....This was at 6:00 AM!

Well...I pushed myself away from the computer, thinking it was around 8:00 AM, Only to discover it was 11:15 AM!!!

That's 5 hours and 15 minutes on ActiveRain on a day that was supposed to be VERY BUSY with projects! I truly am an addict! Just thought I should come here and make this a Public Announcement of my ADMITTING my Addiction.

Isn't that Step 1 or something??? LOL!

Grand Junction Colorado Market Report, Mesa County

The NUMBER of home sales were slowly on the rise for the last quarter in Colorado due mostly to buyers taking advantage of lower home prices and mortgage rates.

Home PRICES continue to be LOWER due to joblessness and slow business overall.

As lenders complete processing on more of the foreclosures that are pending, more properties will appear on the market for sale at lower prices, this will not be helpful to home owners trying to get top dollar in today's market, as there will be many comparable homes on the market at reduced prices.

After mortgage companies formally foreclose on the homes, and the larger inventory of homes at reduced prices hit our market, prices are expected to DECLINE an additional 5.1% in 2012. Savvy home buyers have learned to search for homes that have been foreclosed upon at discount prices and homes that are offered as short sales. This makes it a tough market for home sellers.

Recovering from the economic fallout of the financial crises is not expected for quite some time, according to real estate analysts. The impact of the foreclosure crisis is expected to be long lasting.

In Grand Junction home prices are declining at some of the fastest rates in the state. But hopefully, IN THE LONG TERM this will not be the case. With the exploration and developments in the natural gas industry in our region the future may be promising.

The Bookcliffs, (a geologic formation) located on the outskirts of Grand Junction, are said to contain more oil than 5 times that of Saudi Arabia at an estimated 1.5 trillion barrels of oil. These oil shale reserves will someday be mined, sending home values much higher due to employment opportunities and increased income, and a demand for housing for workers in the oil and gas industry.

Speechless? At a LOSS for Words?...

There's a blog Challenge I'm completing that requires writing 2 posts about how I choose TOPICS for my Blog, and how I develop the THEME.

This is the second post of 2, I will talk about Inspiration in the RAIN!

There are so many influences that contribute to my choice of TOPICS for my posts.

But IF I were ever at a loss for topics to write about, ActiveRain has a place for me to go to be inspired!!! Look in the TOP LEFT, just below the AR Logo... "Inspiration."

There you will find The AR Group "Inspiration Station." The Group has a new TOPIC each week, and it will be posted at the TOP with a Gold Star. So if you ever find yourself at a loss for words...Speechless, then Click "Inspiration" and see what the Hot Topic is!

Other Influences... If you receive emails from persons interested in buying or selling, asking questions; Turn their question into a Blog post! Share their question, and your answer. Chances are other folks had the same question. Makes for great content!

Join Groups! Maybe sometimes you want to talk about a certain topic that you think will ONLY be of interest to a small select group. You don't want to send it out to the public, OR the entire ActiveRain Community. Then go to the group that has a specific interest in the topic, and JUST POST it IN THE GROUP! You still get points for it. :)

Most Important Topics...Probably Localism!!! If you ever need a topic, all you need to do is post something about YOUR MARKET AREA. This will be the Biggest Bang for the Buck as far as creating opportunities with potential clients. This is where they will find you. You can talk about Market Reports, Local Events, Neighborhoods, Schools, Shopping, ANYTHING relevant to your local area.

I hope these 2 posts on "Inspiration" gave you a few ideas, for the next time you find yourself at a loss for words.

Inspiration in the RAIN!

There's a blog Challenge I'm completing that requires writing 2 posts about how I choose TOPICS for my Blog, and how I develop the THEME.

That's an easy one! So on this first post of 2, I will talk about Inspiration in the RAIN!

My first blog just naturally was an INTRODUCTION of myself and my business! Then 3 others followed talking about Inspection related services. I was thinking I needed to Blog about what I do! But as I got to looking around, I saw I could talk about anything! Look Out! Here I come!

Then I discovered contests...how fun, and challenging...and competitive! I LOVE a CHALLENGE! I LOVE to COMPETE! So the guidelines of the competition usually provide you with the topic for the content. Easy enough!

Then I found that in reading member's blogs I sometimes find myself PASSIONATELY COMMENTING away, not even realizing I rambled on, and wrote a comment LONGER than their blog! LOL! Oops! (I was brand new and didn't realize there actually is commenting etiquette.) <<<MUST READ! LOVE this post!

After leaving one such comment, I received a very nice and sweet email saying I should copy/paste my comment and make it a Blog post. So I did! She was so sweet, and said, that it would be a great topic to share. She wanted me to blog it so other members would see it. I'm so Thankful for her sending me that sweet email, because I hadn't even realized that a comment could very likely be a POST instead!

So, since then, I've left numerous comments that I realized were getting LENGTHY, and turned them into a Blog post instead. The Member's blog inspired me to create my own; of course, with a different spin on it, or maybe a tiny part of their post took me off in another direction.

I'm often INSPIRED to write something on the same topic as another member's post, if I have a different opinion, or maybe even disagree. I then write a post relevant to that same topic.

Sometimes I'm inspired by timing and a past experience, and my desire to help. Several posts have evolved from me wanting to help others. Prevent them from having a potential problem or save them some time.

Then sometimes... a girl just wants to have FUN! Or get a little personal. Or talk about my family!

Or Thank Everyone!!! Or Blow off Steam! Or Get a little ATTENTION! Or Tell it like it is! ..........

I could just go On and On and On!

Many of us may have missed this post that John "Q' shared with us awhile back.

This weekend, I'm going to tackle my filing cabinets and pack away my 2011 files. As John did, I will reflect on the transactions, I will ponder them a moment, and remember nice folks I met and helped, things that were unique and gave me a great learning experience, and how each transaction improved my knowledge, and contributed to my success.

I must admit I’m a bit late in conducting my annual office purge but none the less the time has come and the task nearly complete. Purging my transaction files from 2011 and making room for what will surely be a lucrative 2012 is a daunting task, but there is something about that whole process that is somehow liberating and yet offers reflection.

For me it just feels good to finally clear my file cabinet of the many transactions created in 2011 and to briefly reflect on each. Sometimes the reflection is as clear as a mountain pool and the memories fond and thoughts of my clients bring a smile, others are murky with difficult circumstances, challenging people or major problems.

What keeps my real estate business so interesting is that each transaction is unique, offers special challenges and that those challenges are met. At the end of the day closings happened, homes were sold and I provided the professionalism and guidance my happy and valued clients requested of me.

As I purge I also have to acknowledge those pesky files that did not make it to closing maybe because of a termination, expiration or cancelled listing. I know we all have these but those are the ones that bug me the most. Time wasted, money spent, challenges not met and paychecks not delivered. I am happy and fortunate to say that the large majority have positive reflection and outcome.

Accidental SEO: I must be doing SOMETHING right! But What???

Yesterday I posted about the Challenge I'm completing that requires writing 2 posts about SEO.
I'm supposed to TEACH YOU SOMETHING I DID TO INCREASE my SEO.

Yesterday I told you about the BEST thing I did to increase my search engine visibility, and that was to Join ActiveRain and become a RAINMAKER.

STEP 1) Join ActiveRain! Then become a RainMaker!

Today, I'm going to tell you, that anything else besides Step 1 above that I've done to increase my SEO has been PURE LUCK! I managed to increase my SEO purely by accident. Following are the things I've done because I HOPED they would help. I have no idea which ones worked, but I think they ALL have helped.

Step 2) My Profile identity line:

This line is automatically added by ActiveRain on everything I do, Posts AND Comments. The content in that line is VERY IMPORTANT! It has my name, My Business name, and my Website. I need to add my City as well.

I THINK this line plays a major role in my SEO, so make sure you have Name, Business Name, City, and WebSite.

It shows up on EVERYTHING you do. You can edit it by going to

My HOME in the top right,
Then Profile (edit) on the Left side
Then edit your FIRST, LAST, and COMPANY NAME.

What You put in those 3 boxes is your Profile ID. It shows on ALL POSTS and COMMENTS.

I would also suggest adding your email and phone number, and probably your county, or other tag type search phrase.

Many of you use a PICTURE of your Name or company. That WILL not show up for SEO, it MUST be in TEXT not a picture of the text.

So if you want your logo, also SPELL IT OUT in TEXT.

There are ways of making your PICTURES useful for SEO. For more info on that, PLEASE see this OUTSTANDING post by Tom Arstingstall.

Improve Your SEO Quickly With Photos in Your Posts

Step 4) Use TAGS and Key Phrases or words when posting.

TRY to use key search phrases in the Title to your post, and the same ones in the body of the post and again in your tags when submitting the post. Even if you have to list them at the end of your post in a group at the bottom. (I THINK it helps) This is why I have my signature say:

The FIRST Step to Increasing Your SEO - Search Engine Optimization

SEO is Search Engine Optimization. Being on AR I've seen numerous posts about improving my SEO, and I've been doing several of these things. I will post about them in my next post. But, First Things First!

I'm doing a CHALLENGE, and writing a post about SEO is a REQUIREMENT in the Challenge. I'm supposed to TEACH YOU SOMETHING I DID TO INCREASE MY SEO. Well That's EASY!!!!! The VERY first thing I did was HUGE!!! I was AMAZED at the Results!

So WHAT have I done to Increase my SEO???

SIMPLE answer; I joined ActiveRain! Then I became a RainMaker!

Prior to joining ActiveRain my business was found on page 5 of Google, 1 listing...PAGE 5!

But it is IMPORTANT to tell you, that once I joined AR and completed my PROFILE, and became a RainMaker, I immediately moved to the first and second pages of google. Actually, Affordable Inspections ASAP was almost EVERY listing on the first and second pages. There were only a few other businesses in there with mine!

So if you are not a RainMaker, I HIGHLY recommend becoming one. You will see an IMMEDIATE difference once you COMPLETE your profile, and write your first blog post introducing yourself.

If we are what we eat... I'm FAST, EASY, and CHEAP!

That's the TRUTH!

I'm GUILTY!!!

I ADMIT it!

Fast food SURROUNDS us!
It's everywhere!
On the road, in the stores, at the gas station, in our freezer, anywhere and everywhere!

Seems like we all try to fit so much in a day. Especially in this line of work! We're always on the Go!

Is this the FOOD PYRAMID you have used for MOST of your LIFETIME?

We really need to take the time to take better care of ourselves.

We should try to consume our food in at least 6 sessions, of eating smaller portions, instead of 3 larger meals.

Eat a healthy NUTRITIOUS breakfast.
Prepare or choose a HEALTHY Lunch
In the EARLY evening have a HEALTHY home cooked supper or CHOOSE WISELY when dining out.
Choose a couple of healthy snacks.
Drink more WATER, less pop, alcohol, and caffeine.

Eating Healthy...It must be a CONSCIOUS DECISION. It is our choice. We must commit to it!

For awhile, I was a health FREAK! I rode Race Horses for a living, and I was in FANTASTIC shape! Then I became a Sheriff's Deputy and stayed in great shape. Then I was injured on the job, had 5 surgeries, and was forced to retire. I gained alot of weight while I was recovering for over a year, pretty much unable to do anything active, depressed and drowning myself in soda pop and food!

FAST food, EASY food and CHEAP food! How stupid was that?!

Later I discovered a program on my computer that can easily track my daily calories and the QUALITY of the nutrition. It's called DIET POWER, and I HIGHLY recommend it. But it takes a little time each day. (not much) It worked great! I lost weight, looked great, and felt fantastic! Then the computer I had the program on, CRASHED and so did I!

So now, I'm gonna get back on it, and start eating better, there are HEALTHY choices out there that are FAST, EASY and CHEAP, you just need to try a LITTLE harder to find them and COMMIT to eating healthy.

Also... Drink LOTS of WATER!!!

We should try to drink 1/2 our weight in OUNCES of WATER!

So if you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 OUNCES of WATER.

I have another SUGGESTION...

I wish that there were a way to see our SENT MESSAGES, that we send VIA ActiveRain.

When I go to someone's BLOG or PROFILE and send them a message, I have NO WAY to ever see the message again, or to refer back to it. It's also difficult to keep track of who I sent messages to.

I went to the GROUP I started, and was sending out invites., There is NO WAY to see who I've sent to, or what I wrote, because there is no sent message file.

I did the same thing inviting members to other groups. Sometimes I think I've already invited a member, but there's no SENT MESSAGE file, so I can't check. It feels like I'm pestering or spamming them, or worse yet leaving them out.

Please find a way to show our SENT MESSAGES. PLEASE?

Water...I have discovered it is great for my weight loss program. I read in several places that we should make EVERY EFFORT to consume 1/2 of our weight in ounces of water each day.

So if you weigh 200 pounds, you divide that in half, and should drink at least 100 ounces of water.

Some benefits to drinking water are:

Drinking water prior to each meal will help you feel fuller, FASTER! So you will eat less!
Water flushes fat from your body.
Water PREVENTS fluid retention. (Your body STORES water when it NEEDS MORE)
Water helps maintain muscle tone.
Water helps prevent sagging skin.
Water flushes waste from your body.
Water dilutes salt (sodium)
Water relieves constipation.

So pour yourself a nice big glass of WATER!!!
