Had a sales meeting last week.  Our Market Advisor for the Raleigh, NC & Atlanta GA markets, Louise Williamson,  put it out that in the real estate investor world "Coulda Woulda Shoulda" is or should be the motto versus the timeless & iconic "Location Location Location". 
Her reasoning is that while there are many markets that you can find (if you know how and where to look) that are right for real estate investing making location always important, the other is more relative to the investor.  As in, "I shoulda bought my neighbors house in California ten years ago" or "I coulda bought … (0 comments)

Been out sick the past few days, bad cold, didn't work much or blog at all.  Back to 100% now (like anyone cares).

Just got out of our weekly sales meeting where we were given some very exciting news. 
NorthPoint made a bulk purchase of about 70 new D.R. Horton homes in the Ventana Ranch subdivision in Albuquerque in December.  The deliveries were scheduled at about 8 per month through September.  Since we negotiated the purchase in December the prices were set then.  Our latest appraisals for these properties have been coming in at about 5% higher than the sale price, giving our clients instant equity to the tune of about $12,000.  If anyone here is interested please contact me ASAP.  These will … (0 comments)
